From as far back as David can remember, he has been curious about how things are put together. He would take things apart and put them back together again, usually with extra parts to spare that were often in much worse shape than when he started. Eventually there were fewer left over parts and he realized that he really liked fixing things, especially things that were a lost cause to others. He became interested in design and manufacturing and feels very fortunate to work in a field that he really loves while getting paid for it! He still has a lot of curiosity about his work and whenever he is presented with a new idea, he embraces the opportunity to learn something new and to come up with solutions to the problem at hand. He also enjoys communicating ideas and solutions to others so everyone involved has a full understanding of how the project will succeed.
