As president of Greenscreen, Kory brings to the job over 30 years of manufacturing experience, much of it being international. Having become involved with Greenscreen in 2003, he is excited about taking part in the company’s growth and beneficial impact on society. A native Californian, he attended the University of Southern California and Whittier College and did graduate studies at California State University, Northridge. A major proponent of lean manufacturing, Kory continues to drive Greenscreen to become more efficient and environmentally conscious.
Outside of the office, Kory devotes a significant amount of time to charitable organizations and enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid (perhaps rabid!) fan of the University of Southern California football team, the Trojans, which he’s often seen rooting for at the LA Coliseum on home game days.
Rachael began her formal training at the Rhode Island School of Design, where she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in industrial design. She moved to California to attend the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and completed her Master of Architecture in 1991. It was during her studies at SCI-Arc that Rachael first met John Souza, founder of Greenscreen. Rachael worked in the Los Angeles area for several architectural offices. After 10 years pursuing the rat race shopping mall track, she found herself singing “how did I get here?” from “Once in a Lifetime” by the Talking Heads. So began the search off the beaten trail, and she found the family-owned business community at Greenscreen to her liking in 2002.
When she is not working, Rachael enjoys woodworking, cooking and golf.

As far back as David can remember, he has been curious about how things are put together. He would take things apart and put them back together again, usually with extra parts to spare that were often in much worse shape than when he started. Eventually there were fewer leftover parts and he realized that he really liked fixing things, especially things that were a lost cause to others. He became interested in design and manufacturing and feels very fortunate to now work in a field that he really loves while getting paid for it. He still has a lot of curiosity about his work, and whenever he is presented with a new idea, he embraces the opportunity to learn something new and to come up with solutions to the problem at hand. He also enjoys communicating ideas and solutions to others so everyone involved has a full understanding of how the project will succeed.
