About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the sales and operations teams, and customers in a designated territory. You’ll provide coordination between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams through the timely exchange of information and resolution of requests, via telephone, email, CRM programs, and mail. You’ll work directly with clients, including landscape architects and designers, general contractors, and our national distributor network. About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new and enhance existing specifier relationships.
- Promote products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations to get products specified.

The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator and directly with operations and production staff to direct activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for production processes, materials and products throughout our plants. This full-time position is located in our Fontana, CA manufacturing facility. You will have a direct hand in ensuring continuous inflows and outflows of product, by following the duties and responsibilities detailed below.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting freight carriers and scheduling daily pick-ups
- Managing paperwork for all shipments – including online tracking
- Emailing a daily shipping/receiving log to office staff
- Staging freight and will call pick-ups
- Examine incoming/outgoing shipments
- Report and record any discrepancies

Your qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service and shipping/receiving related experience preferred

About the Team
The team is currently seeking an individual for our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. The Finish Fabrication team works together with other departments to create, build, assemble and ship products for the commercial construction industry.
About the Role
As a Finish worker, you will work under the direction of the Production manager and directly with the Production Team processing aluminum and other materials using power washer and other metal processing equipment. Operators will also use electrical and manual pallet jacks and will be involved in processing materials for custom products. You’ll be based in our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.

- Read and interpret production schedule and orders
- Inspect the quality of the material before, during and after the various processes to ensure quality standards are met
